Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email containing the consignment number and a link to track your parcel. Fixed delivery time items will not be traceable.

Setting Your Preferred Default Delivery Method

Every time you order you can use any of these great delivery services, but you also have the option to set one as your preferred default delivery service. Just call us on 020 8662 4010 and tell us which you would like as your pre-set option. If you are unsure, we are more than happy to discuss with you all the delivery options available for your account and location.

Remember, setting your default delivery option doesn’t mean you can’t benefit from the other choices when you want. It just means that next time you checkout, it will be pre-selected and filled in, speeding things up for you. You also won’t need to specify when you place your order over the phone, we will send your parcel based on your chosen default delivery option unless you state otherwise.
