Fire Brigade FB1/FB2 Mortice Deadlock
Fire Brigade locks and padlocks are used in communal areas such as dry risers, utility cupboards, car parks and bin stores where authorised personnel and emergency services can gain access using common keys.

FB1 and FB2 mortice locks are UK Fire Brigade approved deadlocks which are specified in areas where the Fire Brigade can gain access in an emergency situation without breaking in the door.
The deadbolt is operated with the key from either side.
Keys are not supplied but are available to order separately.
If in doubt consult the local authorities to ensure you choose the correct FB key number used by the local fire brigade.
