These Union 2294 bathroom mortice sashlocks are designed for timber doors hinged on either side that require turn and emergency release functions.
The deadbolt can be locked or unlocked by a separate turn from the inside, or by separate emergency release from the outside of the door. The reversible latch bolt is withdrawn by a knob or sprung lever handle from either side.
The two-way action is suitable for lightweight knobs or sprung handles, but not suitable for unsprung lever handles.
Finished with a black, powder-coating on the steel case and a 12.5mm Zinc alloy deadbolt and an 11mm Zinc alloy latch.
