This Union 1448 Rim Sashlock is surface mounted to the face of the door to provide traditional security allowing control of the latch bolt via the spindle, and the deadbolt via the key. Used in conjunction with Rim Knob furniture sets, these locks are commonly found on victorian style properties. This product is not handed. The 2 way key way allows the lock to be fitted either way up to allow it to be fitted to Left of Right handed doors. supplied in a black finish with electro plated brass accents.
