Looks Great For Good
The curved form repels the elements as easily as it does intruders. Salty water was still rolling off the Ultion handle and its 6 coats of armour-plating after a year in the weather test chamber. Normal handles come out after just 10 days.

The seamless curves that house the molybdenum cylinder shield aren’t just for show — they also provide supreme protection against both drilling and the most common form of attack: lock-snapping. The handle can’t be ripped from the door to expose the lock because grip tools just slide off the curve.

The Carl F Open Profile Euro Single Sided Cylinder is a high quality and reliable cylinder having been tested to BS EN 1303 achieving Grade 6 classification.
Manufactured in Germany, it features 6 pins behind a hardened anti drill steel pin. In our opinion its quite simply the best quality budget cylinder on the market today.
All cylinders are supplied with 1 x M5 x 40mm fixing bolt and 3 x keys. The cylinder is ‘open profile’ allowing keys to be cut without restriction.
The Carl F Euro Single Cylinder comes with an adjustable cam as standard. The perfect cylinder for garage doors, roller shutters etc.

Operation: Lift lever or double spindle
Latch reversal: Lay the multipoint lock strip on the floor with the latch and deadbolt facing to the left. undo the 5 screws on the side of the case, remove the flat positioning plate, remove the latch clip, twist the latch into the desired position, reinsert the flat positioning plate and latch clip, replace the cover, and tighten the screws.34.7

There’s no need for a double spindle version as that feature is not used on an automatic locking gearbox. The same gearbox is used for both standard and heritage versions of the Elite automatic gearbox.
Elite gearboxes measure 200mm high x backset + 19mm. Be sure to account for 2mm for the faceplate when measuring the backset.
Gearbox deadbolts project 20mm and are 32mm high. The latch is 30mm high and projects 10mm. There is 63mm between the bottom of the latch and the top of the deadbolt.
Centres are positioned at 92mm, with the top spindle being 122mm from the bottom of the case. Single spindle locks have a round hole where the second spindle would normally be located. The gearbox is pierced to accept a bolt through fixing 19mm from the top spindle, and the slot above that, for fixings is 42mm above the spindle.
As the door is closed, the small latch on each of the external auto-latch cases will be triggered as it touches the keep frame. This will trigger the auto latches to be thrown so that they engage into the keeps. There is no need for the handle to be lifted. The door can be deadlocked by turning the key. All locking points can be retracted using the key.
This is the auto locking or slam shut version.

This Elite Standard multipoint door lock features no locking points and is suitable for the passive door on a pair of French doors.
Elite multipoint door locks cover a wide range of different applications. They are made in Europe and feature a “Silbear” coating which offers 480 hours salt spray protection.
Identifying an Elite lock starts with the faceplate, which should be stamped with an Elite logo. This gearbox features a slot and a small hole below the slot appearing above the top spindle which is a piercing for bolt through handles.
If these locks look familiar, that is because they are. Elite took over the manufacturing of these locks from Roto-Frank when they discontinued the range. They use the same tooling, with the exception of the new Silbear coating, they are made to the same specification as the original locks. Gearboxes cannot be changed with the original locks but they do offer a relatively simple complete lock swap.
Many Elite locks are available in standard and compact versions designed for shorter doors. They feature the same 950mm handle height but a shorter overall length of 1810mm.
Elite gearboxes are available as a 35mm single spindle lock or with a 35mm or 45mm double spindle. Gearboxes measure 200mm high x backset + 19mm. Be sure to account for 2mm for the faceplate when measuring the backset.

To lock the door
1. Lift the handle upwards to engage the locking points.
2. Lock the locking points and main deadbolt (if present) by turning the key.
To unlock the door
1. Unlock the system by turning the key.
2. Push the handle downwards to disengage the locking points and retract the latch.
