Multipoint & UPVC

The V-MPL is the repair lock with the largest range of backsets on the market and has the greatest flexibility when replacing existing multipoint locks.

Supplied in 3 parts this repair lock features 500mm of serrations to accept shootbolts for added security.

Supplied with specific keeps designed to fit PVCu doors and features a non-handed gearbox with a latch that can be easily reversed and a deadbolt with a 20mm projection when thrown.

Adjustable roller cams optimise gasket compression for better heat and sound insulation.

Hooks with hardened steel inserts provide enhanced protection against attack.

35mm and 45mm repair locks feature a split spindle.

Can be cropped to replace the majority of multipoint locks in the UK market

Latch reversal: Push a flat bladed screwdriver into the small rectangular slot above spindle and pull out latch at the same time. Reverse and reinsert

Nightlatch reversal: Remove the latch to reveal a small screw. Use a small bladed screwdriver to turn the screw 180 degrees then return latch to the correct position.

The VERSA LITE multipoint lock is a UPVC repair lock which comes in 3 pieces. A centre section with a faceplate adapted to receive the top and bottom extension pieces, The extension pieces each have 300mm of serrated teeth meaning they can be cropped to adjust the hook centres between 1033mm – 1492mm.

The hook cases on this versatile lock are small measuring 55mm in height and just 25mm in depth, this means you don’t need to chop out customers’ doors onsite.

This lock comes with 3 hooks. 1 on each extension piece and another on the lock case for greater security *Note hooks will fit in the same keeps as deadbolts so if you want to use the existing keeps you can!

This product comes with 2 hook keeps and a centre keep which are both easily and fully adjustable to suit any profile – no packers needed.

The VLITE MPL is available in 2 backsets either with a split spindle or double. 35/92, 35/92/62, 45/92,45/92/62

The lock also comes with cover plates for a neat finish and a generous amount of repair screws.

Latch reversal: Undo the screw in the latch to remove. Reverse, reinsert and replace the screw.
