These locking espags have a 7mm spindle follower, 7.7mm mushroom height and have a 20mm backset. Designed for use on BS7950 security windows.
Please note this is the 20mm backset version. Also available as a 22mm backset version.

Nico Tongue Window Espagnolette Night Vent Keep
This is the double slot Nico tongue type window lock keep, which suits the locking points that protrude once the window lock is operated. The keep allows the window system to be locked in the ajar night vent postion for ventilation.
Normally you can reuse the existing fixing screws but if they are required, they can be purchased as a separate part. This is because various window profiles have been manufactured over the decades so there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
