This 2″ 5 lever mortice dead lock was originally made by Legge but this is a direct replacement for the original. Please note that this lock no longer meets the requirements of BS3621. It is used on internal and external wooden hinged doors where the stile is too narrow to accept a 2.5″ or 3″ lock.
This Union 2242 2 lever mortice sash lock features a rebated forend and strike, so it can be used on a pair of internal wooden French doors. The rebate depth on this lock is 13mm.In line with a number of other mortice locks, these locks feature a black lock case but they have unique measurements that identify them from other mortice locks. Please refer to the line drawing for details.
Union L22174 Everest Multipoint Gearbox. Supplied with a Satin Faceplate: 210mm x 30mm. However, the strike plate and fixings are not supplied. Shootbolt kits are no longer available so the existing shootbolts cannot be reused. Instead, the case must be operated as a deadbolt only.
Operation:Â Lift lever or split spindle
Latch reversal:Â Push the latch clear of the faceplate, twist the latch to reverse, and release.
This British Standard TSS 5 lever mortice deadlock has been designed with the same dimensions as classic mortice dead locks with a 40mm backset. These TSS mortice dead locks meet the requirements of British Standard BS3621:2007.
