The TSS 3 lever mortice sash lock is perfectly suited for use on internal wooden doors. It provides a standard level of security at an extremely affordable price.
The Hooply multipoint gearbox has Faceplate dimensions of 240mm x 24mm, Centers of 68mm, and a Backset of 60mm. This lock case has Fingerbolts – see HOO002 for the standard deadbolt version. It is commonly used on site containers and security steel doors.
Operation:Â Key Wind
Latch reversal:Â Depending on the date of manufacture either:
1. To reverse the latch, undo the screw on top of the lock case and push the silver button up and the latch should pop out. Twist and reinsert the screw.
2. Using a screwdriver or similar insert into the round hole in the back edge of the lock case behind the latch. Push the entire latch bolt forward until the bolt clears the faceplate and can be rotated. Spin the bolt through 180 degrees. remove the screwdriver from the back of the case and the bolt will move back into position.
This ERA 2 lever mortice sash lock features a rebated forend and strike, so it can be used on a pair of internal wooden French doors.The rebate depth on this wood door lock is 13mm.In line with a number of other mortice sash locks, these locks feature a silver lock case but they have unique measurements that identify them from other mortice locks. Please refer to the line drawing for details.
The Willenhall M3 mortice sash lock features 5 levers and a narrow body. This version has a cranked 175mm faceplate with either 19mm or 25mm widths.
