Get doorlocks offer a 28 day redund for standard items purchase through the website
Items must be in the original packaging unused
We are unable to accept the return of special orders sourced from the manufacturer as well as items keyed alike or master keyed in the workshop or orders requested with extra keys
We agree happy to exchange items upon return
In all cases we are unable to refund courier costs and shipping where the order has been shipped correctly
In in the event we have made a mistake we aim to ship the replacements good the following day and arrange a collection of wrong goods or faulty supplied. We aim to work closely with our customers both public and trade and show as much flexability as possible to facilitate the completion of the project
