Delivery Information
Take back control of your day! We give you options because it matters. When it comes to how you receive your order, you can make the best choice that’s right for you and your business. Did you know that with Duffells, there are 5 different ways you can receive your order…
1. Next Day Delivery
Direct delivery to you or your job Mondays – Saturdays with a choice of couriers.
We offer next-day delivery Monday – Saturday free on orders over £100 ex VAT or for a delivery charge of £6.50 per order. We can deliver your order on Saturdays for the same price as a normal weekday with the below couriers.
DHL DPD
Ideal for delivery of both larger and smaller items.
Only available for delivery of items smaller than 1m in length.
Orders must be placed before 7 pm (6 pm for phone orders) on weekdays to be despatched for next-day delivery. Please note that Saturday deliveries are made by courier between 9 am and 6 pm.
Orders placed between Friday and 2 pm Sunday with DHL next-day delivery methods will be despatched Sunday for delivery Monday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Sunday with DHL’s next-day delivery methods will be despatched on Monday for next-day delivery. Orders placed with DPD next-day delivery methods on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched Monday for next-day delivery.
Orders with additional Locksmith services, such as extra key cutting, must be placed before 4 pm on weekdays for next-day delivery (cut-off for locksmith orders is subject to workload so please check with a member of our team to make sure your order can be fulfilled in time).
2. Delivered To You Extra Early The Next Working Day
A great option if you require your order early the next day. We can deliver it to you in the morning for an additional cost.
For the parts you need urgently, we offer a selection of premium next-day delivery services, including:
Next-Day Delivery – Before 12 pm midday
Next-Day Delivery – Before 10:30 am
Premium delivery options are unfortunately not currently available for 48-hour delivery zones as well as these zones below:

Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery to the above zones.
3. Not In A Rush? 2 - 3 Day Delivery Service
Save some money on those smaller orders you don’t need urgently.
Choose our cheaper 2-3 day delivery service for smaller items that also fall below our free next-day delivery threshold. Availability is subject to maximum weight and length measurements. Items sent using this service are sent at your own risk. Orders can be tracked but they cannot be claimed for in the event they do not arrive.

4. Collect Your Order From Over 250 Locations Across The UK
No need to wait in for deliveries. Pick up your order from 8 am the next day at your chosen LOCKer Collection Point. Orders placed after 7 pm (6 pm for phone orders) on Friday will not be despatched until Monday for collection Tuesday.
